SFCC offers Skills and Professional Certificates, Associate of Applied Science degrees and Associate of Arts, Associate of Fine Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Associate of Science in Chemistry or Engineering degrees for transferring to four-year colleges or universities. Because of a partnership with Central Methodist University (CMU), students attending the Sedalia campus also can earn Bachelor of Arts or Science degrees in Accounting, Applied Science in Management, Business, Child Development, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Educational Studies, Elementary Education, Interdisciplinary Studies, Middle School Education, Psychology, Special education, and Sports management.

Continuing and community education programs and classes are offered by The LearningForce, and Adult Education and Literacy provides high school equivalency preparation coursework, English Language Learner classes and brush-up skills in reading writing and math.

In addition to the Sedalia campus, SFCC offers classes in six other locations, plus online, that make community college education geographically accessible and affordable. Attend SFCC in Boonville, Clinton, Eldon, Lake of the Ozarks, Sedalia, Warsaw, Whiteman Air Force Base in Knob Noster and online.
