Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce website at https://www.windsormo.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view and access the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying materials from the Site
  • Using materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer any software contained on the Site
  • Removing any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce at any time.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

Member Listings

Chamber members who manage business listings on the Site are responsible for ensuring that their listing content is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or in violation of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Henry County, Missouri.
