Helping Animals Live On (HALO) HALO is a small non-profit, Missouri state licensed rescue organization created to save homeless animals. They do not have a facility, all animals are in foster homes. All of the animals are adopted into screened homes or transferred to other reputable rescue groups. Chamber Gift Certificates
The Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce has a gift certificate program in which anyone may purchase certificates that are accepted at Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce-member businesses. The program is designed to promote and have consumers patronize Chamber-member businesses. The certificates are not issed at the Chamber office. Instead, gift certificates may be purchased at Merryfield Pharmacy located at 200 West Benton Street, Windsor.
