Helping Animals Live On (HALO)

HALO is a small non-profit, Missouri state licensed rescue organization created to save homeless animals. They do not have a facility, all animals are in foster homes. All of the animals are adopted into screened homes or transferred to other reputable rescue groups.

If you are interested in being a HALO foster home in Windsor or would like to make a donation to support HALO, please email them.

Chamber Gift Certificates

The Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce has a gift certificate program in which anyone may purchase certificates that are accepted at Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce-member businesses. The program is designed to promote and have consumers patronize Chamber-member businesses. The certificates are not issed at the Chamber office. Instead, gift certificates may be purchased at Merryfield Pharmacy located at 200 West Benton Street, Windsor.
